Since 2013, Jan Klabbers holds the first Martti Ahtisaari Academy Professorship, during which he works on the project 'Towards a Credible Ethics for Global Governance'. Between 2006 and 2011, he was Director of the Academy of Finland’s Centre of Excellence in Global Governance Research.
