Sanna Karhu, VTM will defend the doctoral dissertation entitled "From Violence to Resistance: Judith Butler's Critique of Norms" in the Faculty of Arts, University of Helsinki, on 23 September 2017 at 10:00. The public examination will take place at the following address: Helsingin yliopiston päärakennus, auditorio XII.

Professor Catherine Mills, Monash University, will serve as the opponent, and Professor Tuija Pulkkinen as the custos.
